Kathryn Chan, M.D. Dr.
Kathryn Chan received her M.D. from Santos Tomas University Hospital.
Her internal medicine Internship and residency training were at
Albert Einstein Medical in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed
her fellowship training in Hematology-Medical Oncology at Thomas
Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr.
Chan received the Dimitri Stavropoulos, M.D. Memorial Award for
clinical acumen, compassion, empathy and passion for the preservation
of life.

Scott M. Herbert, M.D. Scott
M. Herbert is a graduate of Southern Illinois University. His internal
medicine residency and internship were completed at the Baylor Affiliated
Hospital Program in Houston, Texas. He completed his Hematology/Oncology
Fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis,
Indiana. His interests include the area of emotional and their interaction
with the immune system, in response to cancer treatment and tumorigenesis.

Patrick H. Judson, M.D.
Patrick
H. Judson received his medical degree from George Washington University
and completed his internal medicine training at Tripler Army Medical
Center in Honolulu, Hawaii and his hematology/medical oncology training
at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. He is board
certified in internal medicine, medical oncology, and hematology
and certified in hospice and palliative medicine. He joined the
practice in November 2004.

Ronald Kubica, M.D.
Longtime
New Mexican, Ronald Kubica, M.D., is a graduate of the University
of New Mexico School of Medicine and is board certified in medical
oncology and internal medicine. He completed a fellowship in medical
oncology and internal medicine and served as the chief of medicine
at the Norman Regional Hospital in Norman Oklahoma, before returning
to Santa Fe in the mid-1990s.
Timothy Lopez, M.D.
Timothy
Lopez, M.D., is a native New Mexican who has practiced in Santa
Fe for the past 11 years. Past president of the New Mexico Society
of Clinical Oncology, Dr. Lopez is board certified in internal medicine,
hematology and oncology and is a graduate of the UNM School of Medicine.
He has received the "People's Caring Award" from People
Living Through Cancer, a non-profit organization that provides support
services to cancer survivors.

Karen LoRusso, M.D.
Dr.
Karen LoRusso received her M.D. from the University of Rochester
School of Medicine. Her Internal Medicine internship and residency
training were at the University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque.
She did her fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology at the University
of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, VA. Her interests include
breast cancer and other solid tumors, lymphoma and leukemia, and
benign hematology.

Leanna J. Scott-Timperley, M.D.
Leanna
J. Scott-Timperley, M.D., received her medical degree and completed
her residency and fellowship at the University of Nebraska College
of Medicine. She is board certified in internal medicine and medical
oncology. She will be joining the practice in August 2003.

David Snyder, M.D.
David
Snyder, M.D., is board certified in internal medicine and medical
oncology. He completed his training in medical oncology at the University
of Kentucky and joined the largest oncology practice in the U.S.
in Midland, Texas, before moving to Santa Fe in 2000.
